The hotel's location near the ski bus stop is highly convenient, making it easy to access Kronplatz for a day of skiing. the rooms are spacious and clean, with well-equipped bathrooms and comfortable bedding. the hotel staff provides excellent service, always willing to help out and offer recommendations. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast for a reasonable additional cost. the hotel offers fantastic facilities such as a jacuzzi and sauna, creating a relaxing atmosphere for all.

The view from some of the rooms' balconies is restricted or small, which may not be ideal during the warmer months.

Hotel was old but very nice and location was good and quiet. They have excellent dinner in their own hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful and customer oriented. Breakfast was also very good.

During our stay it was place with "work in progress" so there were small issues, but with everything in place this will be nice place to be!

We were amazed by the beautifully designed features and artefacts all over the hotel. The pool and spa facilities were fantastic, providing the perfect place to relax after a day in the mountains. The staff were friendly, professional, and were great too ensure our stay was perfect. The location was convenient, great to easily explore different places. The complimentary Holidaypass was a great bonus, offering access to free or discounted services nearby. we were 100% spoiled and would definitely stay again.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the Dolomites. I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money - the quality of the hotel versus the price was excellent. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, with a clean and well-designed room that had a nice view of the surroundings. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect as it was just a short walk away from the bus stop, making it convenient to explore the area.

All aspects of my stay were wonderful.

The hotel was in close proximity to the ski bus stop and we were able to easily access the slopes. We enjoyed the convenience of a convenience store nearby which came in handy when we needed to stock up on food and drinks. The rooms were spacious and the bathroom was well-equipped.

The lack of toiletries in the room and had to bring our own. The jacuzzi was not at the right temperature which made the experience slightly uncomfortable.

Amazing views and location close to the center! the breakfast was very complete with lots of options. the rooms were clean and the bed was comfy. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and the sauna a lot.

No soap or shower gel provided, which was a bit inconvenient. the staff was sometimes slow to attend to our needs, but were always friendly.

Wonderful staff, ample parking, ski lockers with boot warmers, free ski bus, beautiful pool with glass lounge area, Saunax3.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and I would highly recommend it. the location was excellent, with breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The hotel's attention to detail in terms of design and organization was second to none, and it really added to the overall experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and provided amazing hospitality, making me feel right at home. Additionally, the breakfast spread was delicious and had something for everyone. my stay here was truly enjoyable and I would definitely return in the future.
